Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Purchase & Inventory Manager to manage procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and product availability across our pharmacy, company website, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement of products.

- Monitor inventory and ensure optimum stock availability across all sales channels.

- Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors for stock availability and timely delivery.

- Proactively arrange products in case of stock-outs or shortages.

- Manage inventory availability on Amazon, Flipkart, company website, and other marketplaces.

- Plan replenishment based on sales, demand, and inventory levels.

- Monitor slow-moving, ageing, and excess inventory and take corrective action.

- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery timelines.





- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular purchase & inventory MIS.

- Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth product availability.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Purchase, Inventory, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

- Robust retail experience with hands-on inventory management.

- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, and e-commerce platforms preferred.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Should be hands-on, proactive, and able to take complete ownership of product availability.
