Position: Purchase Executive – Vendor Quality & Dispatch

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 Years

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive who will be based in Umbergaon and work closely with our vendor companies. The candidate will be responsible for visiting vendors, checking material quality as per company requirements, coordinating with vendors for corrections if required, and ensuring approved material is dispatched ASAP. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and vendor coordination skills, along with a willingness to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit vendor locations for material inspection and follow-up.
- Check material quality and quantity as per requirements.




- Coordinate with vendors to resolve material-related issues.
- Ensure OK material is dispatched on time.
- Maintain proper vendor communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality and internal teams for smooth material flow.
