Shahiris Restaurant is looking for an experienced Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage purchasing, inventory, billing, stock control, and cost control operations.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the restaurant or F&B; industry and a robust understanding of restaurant purchasing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing of food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate stock records and purchase documentation
- Handle purchase bills and billing-related activities
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and stock reconciliation
- Monitor food cost, purchase cost, wastage, and stock variance
- Identify and reduce unnecessary costs and wastage
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant operations team regarding purchasing and stock requirements
- Prepare regular purchase and inventory reports

Requirements

- Ability to independently manage purchasing and inventory activities
- Candidates should be detail-oriented and responsible
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
