Role Description The Purchase Logistics Manager for Canada will oversee end-to-end purchasing and logistics processes to support Esse India’s operations, working full time in office in Canada. This role includes managing procurement activities, coordinating purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services related to the organization’s Canadian operations.

The manager will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, manage vendor relationships, and resolve supply chain issues to maintain smooth workflows. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing purchasing data, optimizing logistics routes and costs,



collaborating with internal teams for forecasting needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Purchase Management and Purchasing, with experience managing end-to-end buying cycles.
- Ability to create, review, and track Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Proficiency in Procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience with Inventory Management, including stock monitoring, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, and cost optimization within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and relevant ERP or procurement software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of international supply chain or Canada-related logistics processes is an advantage.
