We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering/manufacturing industries and good knowledge of vendor management, material procurement and price negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source materials from approved and reliable vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details and procurement documentation.
- Compare quotations and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery.
- Ensure materials are procured as per required specifications and timelines.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
Location: A-511, MIDC Mahape, Navi Mumbai
