We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor management, purchase orders, and material requirements. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify and coordinate with recent and existing vendors/suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, and purchase records.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with stores and other departments.
- Check received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Resolve vendor-related issues related to price, quality, delivery, and quantity.
- Support management in cost reduction and procurement planning.
- Prepare purchase-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
