- MS Excel & ERP Knowledge
- Dealer & Distributor Payment Follow-up

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end purchase activities and vendor coordination
- Identify and develop recent vendors
- Collect quotations and negotiate prices & payment terms
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders
- Ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain purchase entries, invoices and records in Tally ERP/TallyPrime
- Prepare Purchase MIS reports
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, QC & Accounts
