Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials required for interior design and execution projects. The candidate should ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, quality compliance, and smooth coordination with vendors, project teams, and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Source and procure materials, hardware, furnishings, electrical items, plywood, laminates, paints, and other interior-related products.
- Identify and develop new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).

Inventory & Material Planning
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track material deliveries and ensure materials reach sites as per project schedules.
- Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and vendor performance.

Cost Control & Documentation
- Ensure procurement is completed within approved budgets.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans,



and purchase-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate procurement reports and MIS records.

Coordination
- Liaise with accounts for payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and delivery status.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or quantity discrepancies.

Required Skills:

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out materials and market rates.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.

Working Hours

- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday

Compensation

- Salary: 15000/- to 25000/- per month
- Performance appraisal and salary revision based on performance and company policies.

Reporting To

- Project Manager
- Directors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
