Role Overview

Foxkrit is hiring a Purchase Executive for a prominent construction client in Nagpur. You will manage end-to-end procurement for construction materials, handle bulk purchases, negotiate with vendors, and operate digital purchase software.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk Procurement: Procure large volumes of construction materials (steel, cement, aggregates, equipment) ensuring timely site delivery and quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Source reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, bulk discounts, and favorable credit terms.
- Software Operations: Use purchase management software or ERP systems to generate POs, track dispatches, and reconcile invoices.
- Cost Control:



Conduct market and rate analysis to keep purchases within project budgets.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers and logistics teams to prevent material shortages.
- Documentation: Maintain digital records of purchase orders, delivery challans, and material reconciliation reports.

Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of construction procurement experience handling high-volume purchases.
- Hands-on experience with purchase/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to work out of Nagpur.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
