Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Engineer role based in Bhiwandi, focused on pneumatic tools, mining tools, industrial products, and construction manufacturing.

The Purchase

Engineer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and finalization of purchase orders. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory requirements, coordinating with internal departments for material specifications, and planning purchases to ensure timely availability of tools and materials. The role involves analyzing supplier performance and pricing,



maintaining accurate purchase records, and ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations.

The Purchase

Engineer will also support cost optimization initiatives and build long-term, reliable vendor relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders, with the ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities.
- Experience in Purchase Management and Purchase Planning, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and inventory coordination.
- Solid Analytical Skills to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Experience or familiarity with pneumatic tools, mining tools, industrial products, and construction manufacturing procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software, with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site industrial workplace.
