Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling

- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions for emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns

- Help students manage stress, anxiety, peer pressure, and low self-esteem

- Support students dealing with family or personal issues

1. Psychological Assessment

- Conduct basic psychological tests and assessments (aptitude, personality, learning difficulties)

- Identify students with special needs or learning challenges

- Maintain confidential records of student progress

1. Career Guidance

- Guide students in career planning and subject choices

- Conduct career counselling sessions and workshops

- Help students understand their strengths, interests, and goals

1. Crisis Intervention

- Handle sensitive situations like:

- Bullying

- Emotional breakdowns

- Trauma or grief





- Provide immediate emotional support and intervention

1. Collaboration

- Work closely with:

- Teachers

- Parents

- School management

- Provide insights on student behavior and improvement strategies

1. Workshops & Awareness Programs

- Organize sessions on:

- Mental health awareness

- Stress management

- Life skills and emotional intelligence

- Promote a healthy school environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
