Role Description

Job Purpose
His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.

Key Performance Indicators
Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their in office proficiency
Pitch current products and ensure new products training and product usage
Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints
Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy




Ensure site evaluation & in office assistance for adopted contractors • Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential – • Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks • Engineers will not be considered

Desired
MBA Marketing Previous Experience Essential
Fresher will also be considered Desired • Work experience in related area of 0.5
1 years would be preferred Functional Competencies
Age: Less than 25 years • Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status • Comfort with basic MS Office for reporting purposes • Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language is an added advantage Behavioral Competencies • Good Communication • Confident and pleasant personality • Good selling and convincing skills Additional Requirements • Should own and use a bike as the geography entails a lot of travel • Good knowledge of geography will be an added benefit
