Job Profile:
Conduct financial analyses and due diligence on acquisition targets, develop financial models, and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, monitor industry trends, and support M&A; deal negotiations. Assist and ensure data accuracy in the tracking of revenue/expense synergies & integration costs
Preferred skills:
Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation, particularly in an M&A; context.
Proficiency with Excel and Access including links, macros, database development and forms
Robust understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques
Experience developing financial reports and metrics
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, rapid-paced workplace
Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
