2–4 years of hardcore U.S. dispatch experience.
Solid grip on DAT, Truckstop & load boards.
Ability to source, negotiate & close trucks FAST.
Deep understanding of carrier compliance (MC/DOT, insurance, safety scores).
Confidence to handle high-value/project/BBK shipments.
Explicit communication.
