Key responsibilities
Robust understanding of Hindi and Punjabi music, artists, genres, and current music trends.
Good knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi music catalogues and the ability to identify relevant content and artist opportunities.
Should have an existing network of artists and musicians that can be leveraged for collaborations and creating content derivatives.
Ability to coordinate effectively between artists and internal Saregama teams and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Positive understanding of music trends, audience behaviour, and evolving music consumption patterns.
Basic understanding of Spotify and other DSP platforms, including how music is consumed and discovered across these platforms.
A proactive, go-getter mindset with solid ownership and the ability to drive opportunities independently.
