Job responsibilities

- Analyze project requirements and client specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales) to gather necessary inputs.

- Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work.

- Review and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

- Present proposals to clients and participate in clarification meetings.

- Maintain proposal documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

- 0-2 years of experience in proposal engineering or technical sales.

- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD and proposal management software is a plus.

- Understanding of project management principles and commercial terms.
