Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager with a robust background in hospitality management to oversee all aspects of resort operations — including guest services, staff management, housekeeping, F&B; coordination, facility upkeep, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will bring proven resort/hotel management experience and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B;, maintenance, and guest services)

- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest feedback, complaints, and special requests

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service standards

- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through occupancy and upselling strategies

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities for smooth resort operations

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

- Plan and oversee events, packages, and seasonal promotions to boost bookings

- Prepare operational reports, occupancy forecasts, and performance reviews for management

- Maintain the resort's facilities, aesthetics, and overall ambiance to brand standards





- Handle emergency situations and ensure guest and staff safety at all times

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (compulsory)

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in resort/hotel management or a similar hospitality role

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, guest relations, and service standards

- Proficiency in resort/hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office

- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience in a resort/boutique hospitality setting

- Familiarity with local tourism trends and seasonal demand patterns

- Multilingual ability (preferred, based on guest demographics)
