ROLE- PROPERTY MANAGER, SECLUDE HOTELS

Location: Fort Unchagaon, Uttar Pradesh

Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

ABOUT THE ROLE-

Seclude is looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations at Fort Unchagaon.

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the property across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Services, while maintaining Seclude's standards of hospitality, service, and property upkeep.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the front, managing people, solving operational challenges, and creating a warm, seamless experience for every guest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the property, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the property team, ensuring accountability, professionalism, and alignment with Seclude's values and service standards.
- Oversee F&B; and restaurant operations, where applicable, including staffing, service quality, inventory, and smooth daily functioning.
- Proactively monitor the property and ensure high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, and presentation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, coordinating with Head Office whenever required.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory, ensuring appropriate documentation, timely availability, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to applicable local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, address concerns effectively, and continuously look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain clear and timely communication across departments and with Head Office teams.
- Take ownership of operational performance and ensure the property delivers a consistent, memorable,



and authentic Seclude experience.

HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED-

Success in this role will be evaluated across four key areas:

Guest Experience

Positive guest feedback, reviews, repeat visits, and effective resolution of guest concerns.

Operational Efficiency

Effective cost control, resource utilisation, inventory management, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Property Standards

Consistent standards of cleanliness, maintenance, presentation, and overall property upkeep.

Team Performance

Staff productivity, motivation, accountability, teamwork, discipline, and professionalism.

WHO YOU ARE-

- Prior experience managing a hotel, resort, boutique property, homestay, or hospitality property in a hands-on operational capacity.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team.
- Highly organised, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Kannada is preferred.
- Comfortable using operational tools and systems such as PMS, Excel, and email.
- A hands-on problem solver who is willing to step in wherever required.
- Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of hospitality.
