- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.

- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries, bookings and complaints.

- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and other property activities.

- Monitor cleanliness, facilities, inventory and overall property standards.

- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper duty allocation.

- Focus on improving occupancy, room sales and revenue through effective follow-ups and local promotions.

- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

- Support and execute marketing activities, including social media promotions, offers, collaborations and local campaigns.

- Plan and coordinate community events, activities and guest engagement programs at the property.

- Build relationships with corporates, colleges, travel groups,



influencers and local businesses to generate business.

- Track occupancy, bookings, revenue and marketing performance and submit regular reports.

- Maintain guest records, payments and daily operational reports.

- Ensure a high-quality guest experience and maintain Cocostay's service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
