Role Description

As a Prompt Engineer at JoyzAI, you will design, test, and refine prompts that power our AI Sales Agent across calls, chat, and messaging channels. You will translate business requirements into prompt strategies, collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, and continuously optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, and user experience. Daily responsibilities include analyzing conversation logs, running experiments, documenting prompt frameworks, and implementing improvements to workflows such as lead qualification, FAQs, and follow-up sequences.





This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, where you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI interactions for customers.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in prompt design, conversation scripting, and systematic testing of AI behaviors.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI platforms, and basic understanding of NLP concepts.
- Ability to analyze user interactions, interpret data from analytics tools, and optimize prompts based on measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in clear, concise writing for business and customer-facing communication, with attention to tone and context.
- Comfort working closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to gather requirements and iterate quickly.
- Solid problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and a detail-oriented approach to testing and documentation.
- Experience in sales technology, CRM systems, or customer support automation is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and engage in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
