Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects, covering Civil & Interiors and/or MEP works.

- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources, and overall project delivery.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.

- Oversee C&I; works and/or MEP services including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV, finishes, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and other fit-out works.

- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify and resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues to ensure timely project delivery.

- Manage contractors and vendors and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and cost requirements.

- Drive testing, commissioning, snagging,



and final project handover.

Job Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in turnkey interiors, commercial fit-outs, project management, or design & build.

- Robust experience in C&I; and/or MEP project execution, preferably in corporate office projects.

- Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, and site execution.

- Experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Engineering qualification in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline preferred.
