Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Nashik.

The Project

Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across Swadil Creations’ verticals, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track. The role involves tracking materials and resources, expediting critical activities, overseeing inspections where required, and aligning logistics with project milestones.

Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain documentation,



support process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance business growth and social impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate key project activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and verification of deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage movement of resources, scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and partners.
- Relevant experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in business consulting, networking, or social impact domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and partners.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use project management tools or software effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on-site in Nashik and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
