About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, production support incident management, stakeholder management, and experience with Power Platform. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage production support and incident management processes, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, communication, and reporting.
- Utilize Power Platform tools to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in development and production support environments.
- Strong experience with incident management and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

- Skilled certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Agile certifications.
- Experience in managing technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
