- Minimum of 11 -12 years of experience in the industry with 5 years of Project Management experience, including at least 2 years in RPA/AI projects.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI/ML platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, AI concepts, and workflow applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software; Planview and Jira or ADO preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze vendor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and familiarity with data analytics and process mining tools.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a global setting.
- Experience in insurance industry is preferred.
