Key Responsibilities for Project Managers

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, project resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, performance, budgets, and timelines and take corrective action when required.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, procurement activities, and operational costs.




- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with business, technical, operations, finance, procurement, and other functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across project teams and business functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, governance frameworks, and applicable regulations.
- Drive process improvement and project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, risk registers, status updates, and other project documentation.
- Lead project closure activities, evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–20 years of relevant experience (varies by country).
- English communication skills.
