Key Responsibilities
Communication:

Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and acting as a liaison between the Director and others.
Document Preparation:

Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination:

Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Management:

Assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Administrative Support:

Providing general administrative support to the Director and the executive team.
Event Management:

Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and workshops.
Research and Analysis:

Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Liaison:

Acting as a point of contact between the Director's office and other departments or stakeholders.
Calendar Management:

Scheduling meetings,



appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
