We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager who can bring structure to ambiguity, align multidisciplinary teams, and turn ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable outcomes.

The RoleAs Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of Revin’s digital product and hardware product initiatives.

You will coordinate across software, hardware, product, agronomy, field operations, customers, and leadership to ensure that every project moves from planning to deployment with clarity, speed, and accountability.

This is not a traditional coordination role. We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, anticipate problems, make informed decisions, and build the execution systems required for a growing startup.

What You’ll OwnProject Planning and Delivery (Agile)

- Plan and manage projects from start to completion.
- Set clear responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality.
- Keep teams focused on priorities and follow up until tasks are completed.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate effectively across product, technology, field, and business teams.
- Ensure everyone understands what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.




- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear action points.
- Build accountability without unnecessary micromanagement.

Day-to-Day Execution

- Lead sprint planning, team reviews, and regular progress discussions.
- Track deliverables, pending actions, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify delays early and take corrective action.
- Bring structure and clarity when priorities or requirements change.

Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Provide clear and timely updates to leadership, customers, and partners.
- Understand stakeholder expectations and convert them into actionable plans.
- Communicate challenges honestly, along with practical solutions.

Deployment and Customer Success

- Coordinate product testing, customer deployment, training, and follow-up.
- Ensure teams are prepared before every customer delivery or field implementation.
- Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to address concerns.
- Ensure successful completion instead of treating deployment as the final step.

Process Improvement

- Create simple systems for planning, documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Identify gaps and improve the way projects are executed.
- Reduce last-minute confusion through better preparation and communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, product operations, technical programme management, or startup execution.
- Practical experience working in a startup, product company, or fast-moving technology environment is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative product delivery.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with software engineers, hardware teams, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, IoT systems, data pipelines, or connected products is highly desirable.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Palakkad and engage with field deployments when required.
