- Paint Sales Manager

- Manage field sales activities for Vijay Home Services across Delhi NCR.

- Visit customers’ properties to understand their painting requirements.

- Conduct property visits and take accurate measurements.

- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable painting solutions.

- Prepare and explain quotations clearly to customers.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.

- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed painting orders.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with the relevant teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales opportunities through customer visits and follow-ups.

- Conduct property inspections and measurements.

- Understand the scope of painting work and customer expectations.

- Prepare and present quotations based on property requirements.

- Negotiate with customers and handle objections effectively.

- Follow up on quotations and pending leads.





- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer requirements.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in field sales.

- Experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

- Paint Sales

- Home Painting Services

- Building Materials

- Construction Materials

- Field Sales

Required Skills

- Strong sales and convincing skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Ability to take property measurements accurately.

- Ability to prepare and explain quotations.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR.
