Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage real estate construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, quality control, timelines, budgets, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage real estate construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, material requirements, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and relevant stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Review and approve work progress, measurements, material requirements,



and project documentation.
- Prepare regular MIS and progress reports for management.
- Maintain proper project records, drawings, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate project handover and ensure timely closure of outstanding works.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project management.
- Robust knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and site execution.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, costing, contracts, and quality control.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
