Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out projects across commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors. The role demands strong leadership in execution, client management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of fit-out projects (commercial, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use)
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards
- Manage site execution, approvals, inspections, and handover processes
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract management




- Conduct regular progress reviews and report to senior management
- Ensure timely project completion within cost and quality benchmarks

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in interior fit-out and finishing works
- In-depth knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP coordination
- Excellent project planning and execution skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, billing, and claims
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

Qualifications & Certifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Additional certification in Project Management (PMP / equivalent) is an advantage
- Exposure to MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is essential
- Familiarity with BIM-based project environments preferred

Experience & Skills

- 8+ years in construction and interior fit-out execution
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial interior projects
- Strong exposure to multi-disciplinary coordination (civil + MEP + interiors)
