Qualification BE/ Btech Mechanical or electrical

Experience 7 to 10 years

Location Sanand Gujarat

Green field projects industrial

Salary Rs.12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage site execution of mechanical works of fit out projects (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel , MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. ( MSP &
- P6 not mandatory)
- Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
- Maintain project documentation.

Required Skills &
- Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies.
- In depth expertise in planning and scheduling using
- Excel , MSP and Primavera P6. ( MSP &
- P6 not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking sheets, analysis, dashboards).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
