Role Description The Project Manager (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing interior projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and quality delivery. Daily tasks include managing vendor and contractor relationships, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving on-site issues.

The Project

Manager will track materials and logistics, expedite deliveries, maintain project documentation, and communicate regularly with clients and internal design teams. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety standards,



budget parameters, and company quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, coordinate, and drive interior projects to completion.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Logistics Management to manage material flow, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of supplies.
- Inspection skills to review site work, verify quality, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to work effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced, in office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and basic understanding of interior design drawings and materials.
- Previous experience in residential interior projects in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
