Zakman Tech is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of premium residential technology projects from order confirmation through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Own projects from kickoff to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans and execution plans.
- Coordinate clients, architects, interior designers, contractors and vendors.
- Allocate engineers and technicians across projects.
- Track project progress, manpower hours, materials and timelines.
- Conduct regular site meetings and project reviews.
- Coordinate installation, programming, testing and commissioning.
- Drive snagging and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain project documentation and handover records.
- Manage client communication and resolve execution issues.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Purchase and Technical teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.

Requirements

- 5-10 years' experience in Home Automation, AV, ELV, MEP or premium residential projects.




- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust planning and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage technicians, engineers and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of automation, AV, networking and ELV systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working at premium residential sites across Mumbai.
