Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Vadodara.

The Project

Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of process engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and inspection teams,



and monitoring supplier and vendor performance. The role also involves tracking project progress, resolving operational issues, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

The Project

Manager will support continuous improvement efforts and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards on all assigned projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and successful project delivery.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and internal engineering teams.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required.
