? WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER – EXECUTION

? Location: Thane, Maharashtra

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA

? Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech . in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

?️ Industry Preference: PEB / Construction / Civil / MEP / Infrastructure

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute 2–3 projects simultaneously
- Plan project schedules, milestones, manpower and resources
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors and engineers
- Manage project execution from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales and other teams
- Monitor project timelines, quality, cost and safety
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and site requirements
- Track material requirements and ensure timely availability at site
- Identify project risks/delays and take corrective action
- Handle client coordination and provide regular project updates
- Prepare progress reports,



site reports and project documentation
- Manage snag resolution, handover and project closure

✔️ Strong project planning & execution skills

✔️ Good knowledge of PEB / Civil / MEP execution

✔️ Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred

✔️ Robust team management and leadership skills

✔️ Excellent communication & client coordination

✔️ Ability to independently manage multiple projects

✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

✔️ Willingness to travel to project sites as required

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
