Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karnataka and involves coordinating project plans, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.

The Project

Manager will collaborate with expediting and logistics teams, oversee inspection-related activities, and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.



The role also includes preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills for coordinating and reviewing quality checks and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for organizing transport, material flow, and related documentation.
- Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, management, or a related field is preferred; professional project management certifications are an advantage.
