Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete commercial interior projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement,
and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues proactively.
- Monitor site progress and support site teams whenever required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, construction, or turnkey projects.
- Robust project management and client coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
