About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Client Success, Content & Growth who can take complete ownership of assigned client accounts — not just project coordination.

The role requires someone who understands content, social media, virality, client growth and team execution, and can ensure that every assigned client receives strong content, timely delivery, measurable growth and an exceptional overall experience.

You will act as the Business Owner for assigned clients, coordinating with Content Writers, Editors, Designers, Shoot/DOP teams and Client Success Managers while taking ownership of results, quality, timelines, client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned clients, their content, projects, growth and overall success.
- Develop and execute client-specific content and growth strategies for Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Understand what makes content engaging, high-retention, shareable and potentially viral.
- Continuously research trending formats, hooks, topics, audience behaviour, competitors, platform updates and algorithms.
- Identify new content opportunities and ensure the team is creating content with strong potential for views, reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Review content ideas, scripts, creatives and edits from a performance and quality perspective, not just from a delivery perspective.
- Ensure content is aligned with the client's personal brand/business objectives and audience.
- Plan monthly growth strategies and monitor content performance to identify what is working and what needs improvement.




- Coordinate shoots and ensure the Content/Shoot team captures the right content, angles, hooks, B-roll and variations required for strong final output.
- Manage Editors, Designers, Content Writers and DOP/Shoot Teams for assigned clients.
- Allocate tasks, manage priorities, timelines, resources and daily execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings, understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Handle client issues proactively and work towards client satisfaction, growth and long-term retention.
- Review work submitted by the creative team and ensure it meets Artificilux VN quality standards before client delivery.
- Coordinate revisions, approvals and final delivery while maintaining deadlines.
- Track client KPIs, content performance, project health and overall account growth.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, account expansion and better client results.
- Maintain ClickUp, dashboards, reports, project documentation and client health updates.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Social Media, Content Strategy, Client Success, Account Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of viral content principles, hooks, storytelling, retention and audience psychology.
- Ability to develop practical content strategies based on client goals and platform behaviour.
- Strong understanding of social media trends,



algorithms and content formats.
- Ability to analyse content performance and convert insights into better content strategies.
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate multiple creative teams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and execution skills.
- Ability to take ownership of results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
