Job Title: Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and design teams.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are translated into actionable project goals.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Quality Control: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring design standards and quality benchmarks are met.
- Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Source and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Compliance:



Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges proactively to minimize delays.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budgets, and key milestones.

Required Candidate Profile: -

- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior design or construction.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
