Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and testing to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., defense industry) through effective documentation and communication.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (aerospace, defence, casting, machining).
- Solid understanding of raw materials used in manufacturing processes (sheet metal).
- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
