: /n /n Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and driving execution of technology and business initiatives undertaken by the Project Management Team under the Vice Chairman's Office. /n /n The role will work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and requirements. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n /n

- Manage assigned projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

/n

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and tracking mechanisms.

/n

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of project activities.

/n

- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action items and proactively highlight deviations.

/n

- Conduct regular project reviews and maintain project health/status.

/n

- Prepare project dashboards, MIS, presentations and management updates.

/n

- Understand business requirements and coordinate with technology teams to translate them into actionable requirements.

/n





- Support current-state / future-state assessments and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

/n

- Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, automation and productivity improvement.

/n

- Coordinate with vendors for deliverables, timelines, implementation and issue resolution.

/n

- Support evaluation of solutions based on cost, feasibility, scalability, risk and business impact.

/n

- Ensure appropriate project documentation, approvals, governance and compliance requirements are maintained.

/n

- Support implementation, stabilization and post-implementation perks tracking

/n /n /n Preferred candidate Profile : /n /n /n

- 6+ years of experience in project management, business transformation or related roles.

/n

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.

/n

- Experience working with business teams, technology teams and external vendors.

/n

- Experience in Financial Services / BFSI / Fintech / Broking / Wealth Management preferred.

/n

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification / PMP / PRINCE2 preferred

/n

- Bachelors degree in finance / IT or related field. MBA preferred.
