Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Manager with a strong technical background in Android Software Engineering on the products, to lead strategic customer engagements and drive business growth. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, customer relationship management, account mining, resource fulfillment, capability development, and governance of delivery programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, customer-facing skills, business acumen, and organizational capability building to drive account expansion and long-term customer success. Modern engineering programs increasingly combine mobile, DevOps, and AI-enabled digital transformation capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

Delivery Execution & Life Cycle – Manage the entire delivery life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, governance, closure) for multiple programs across the customers

Business Growth - Drive account growth through proactive prospect identification, account mining, cross-selling, and upselling of services. Taking active participation

Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, solutioning,



and practice teams to develop proposals, business cases, RFP responses, and transformation roadmaps.

P&L; Financial Management – Responsible for projecting, tracking and managing the project budgets

Stakeholder & Client Management – Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing/aligning the expectations and build strong working relationships for business growth

Team Leadership – Mentor, lead, and appraise the performance of team members across levels time to time

Fulfilment & Talent Management - Drive demand fulfillment and staffing strategies to support customer commitments by working closely with recruitment team

Quality & Governance – Enforce compliance with strong governance and adherence to the quality process across the programs

Preferred Qualifications

•Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

•Experience: Typically 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in project delivery, program management, or engineering leadership within the IT or embedded systems industry

•Domain Knowledge: Hands on experience or deep familiarity with Android Software Product life cycle, Product Engineering,

•Certification: PMP / PgMP / Agile Certifications.

•Nice to have AWS / Azure / GCP Certifications.

•Nice to have SAFe Agilist Certification.
