Requirement 3 - BA with Data Migration:
Partner with business and technical teams to define data migration scope, objectives, and success criteria for Guidewire implementations.
Analyze legacy system data structures and create detailed mapping documents to Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), ensuring accurate translation of fields, relationships, and business rules.
Define data cleansing, transformation, and validation rules to address gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies; establish reconciliation checkpoints to ensure migration integrity.
Collaborate with QA and ETL teams to design migration test scenarios, validate extracted/transformed/loaded data, and support team to close defects.

Must- Have skills:
2+ years BA experience on Guidewire data migration projects
Robust understanding of Guidewire data model, entities, relationships, and extension patterns
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
