Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and end-to-end AI solution architecture. The role requires technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on development experience in enterprise-scale AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions across business domains.
Design scalable AI/LLM-based architectures and intelligent automation systems.
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business stakeholders.
Drive AI governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide development teams on Gen AI best practices and architecture.
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud-native platforms.
Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills




Robust experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning
Expertise in LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents
Hands-on experience with Python
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar
Solid knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate
Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Experience with Microservices and API development
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Experience leading AI/ML teams and enterprise AI projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines

Valuable to Have
Experience with multi-modal AI applications
Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures
Certifications in Cloud or AI technologies
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
