Job Title: IT Recruiter
Yrs of exp: 2+ to 6
Shift: day Shift (9.30PM to 6.30PM)
Work Location: Bangalore
Mode: 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH in a week
Role type: 6 month to 1 year contract (based on performance extendable/convertible)
Must haves: Lateral and Niche IT hiring, End-to-end recruitment experience, Positive communication skills, expertized in IT recruitment, Lateral and Niche hiring, , End-to-end recruitment experience ( req intake, sourcing, scheduling, coordinating, selection process, offer initiation, offer negotiation, offer management, joining formalities, stakeholder management, candidate experience, etc)
Immediate joiners preferred.
