Required Skills
Experience in Infrastructure Managed Services Presales.
Solid expertise in RFP/RFI, solutioning, and solution architecture.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Digital Workplace Services
Cloud & Data Centre (DC) Services
Network & Security Services
Service Management
Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure modernization and managed services.
Exposure to AI/GenAI tools for proposal development and solution ideation is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Design and present infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients.
Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and solution architectures.
Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Practice teams to drive winning solutions.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend transformation strategies.
