Hands-on experience in design, development, implementation and testing in web applications, using JAVA.
Independent hands-on developer to execute enhancements, projects, and bug fixes.
Robust knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies.
Good communication skills, adept at learning recent technical skills.
Strong expertise in SQL programming with experience of writing & optimizing queries.
Understanding of Software Unit & Integration Test methodologies and testing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter, and individual contributor with effective team collaboration skills
Effective client communication skills.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically,



a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to 8 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, JAVA; databases like SqlServer/ Oracle).

Experience of one or more full release cycles. Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object).
Basic understanding of contemporary software development tools and SCM (software configuration management).
Basic understanding of Software Test methodologies, test scripting and testing tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
