Define, manage, and oversee the successful implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure alignment of IT operations with business objectives and compliance with organizational policies.
Manage escalations, risks, and issues effectively to minimize impact on IT operations and projects.
Drive the adoption of industry best practices and creative solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior management, providing regular project updates and insights.
Support the qualified growth of team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
