Role Overview:
Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability, quick issue resolution, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot Java applications, APIs, microservices.
Analyze logs, stack traces, thread/heap dumps.
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Work with dev teams for bug fixes, hotfixes, and deployments.
Handle SQL queries, Linux commands, and automation scripts.
Support application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic).
Maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA reports).
Skills Required:
Robust Java/J2EE fundamentals.
Positive debugging skills.
SQL & database knowledge.
Linux/Unix proficiency.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
Understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git, Jenkins).
Nice to Have:
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Docker/Kubernetes.
ITIL knowledge.
