About the Program

We offer a Training & Placement Program designed to prepare students for employment.
Students will receive practical and job-oriented training.
The program covers the essential skills required to perform well in the workplace.
Students will be guided and trained for communication, interview preparation, professional skills, and job readiness.
After successful completion of the training, placement assistance/prospects will be provided to eligible students.

Key Responsibilities
Visit different locations and educational areas to directly connect with potential students.
Counsel students about our Training & Placement Program and explain the training, perks, and placement opportunities.
Generate leads through direct field visits and student interaction.
Explain course details, fees, duration, training process, and placement assistance.




Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
Handle student queries and provide proper guidance.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements
Graduation/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, academic counseling, education sales, or admissions.
Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with daily field work and direct student interaction.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
Incentive: ₹1,000 per course admission
Additional Performance-Based Incentives may be provided base
